hi friends! I’m Kristi.
I am an author, speaker and coach. I love Jesus! He saved me when I was seven at Vacation Bible School, and I’ve never looked back. I can’t imagine where I might be if Christ wasn’t guiding my footsteps and defining my identity daily.
But for so much of my life I responded to the world out of a desire to be valued and wanting to belong. I let the people determine my worth which affected my life, my leadership, and how I interacted with others. But when I began to understand that only Jesus defines me, I began to encounter and engage life differently. Only Jesus can truly define you too! And I would love to help you discover the freedom and joy that comes when you find your identity in Him.
“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; for you once were not a people, but now you are the people of God; you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.”
Kristi is married to Walter, and has three grown married children, and she loves spending time with them. She earned her Masters Degree in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary and has been leading children and families in ministry for over twenty years. She has been a content contributor for Wonder Ink curriculum (published by David C. Cook), MinistrySpark.com, KidzMatter magazine, and published her first children's book, Cricket, the Second-Chance Pirate. She has been a breakout speaker at the Children's Pastors Conference, KidzMatter Conference, and the Thrive Gather Retreat. She is an avid lover of squirrels and dark chocolate, and finds her VALUE, IDENTITY, and JOY in Jesus Christ.
